WhereAgainst the wall next to your door. Never blocking a door, the hallway, exits or extinguishers.
BinStands upright, doesn't leak, lid closes. 13 gallons max in indoor hallways (27 in open-air walkways).
BagsFill ¾, double-knot the drawstrings, inside the bin with the lid closed.
RefusedOverfilled, leaking or oversized items, loose bags or trash on the floor, ashes, cigarettes, batteries.
ViolationsEach refusal is a strike for the unit. 5 in one month stops pickups: roommate-paid units rejoin for $15.00; housing-paid units restart on the 1st.
OversizedOne per resident per month, $25.00, after we approve a photo.
CleaningStudio/1x1 $150.00 · 2x2 $180.00 · 3x3 $210.00 · 4x4 $220.00, split between roommates; everyone must accept. Free cancellation until 24 hours before.
